You may also fax your order. Please include the following information: Billing Address, Phone Number, Shipping Address, E-mail Address, Item Codes, Item Description, as well as size, color and Quantity. Please list your Shipping Preference, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Your Signature.
Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you, along with tracking information and the date shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed, as the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service act as outside vendors over whom we have no control.
Please note that with Overnight & 2-Day Air Shipping, orders must be received by 12pm EST in order to ship out on that day. Otherwise the order will ship out the following day.
Please note that overnite and 2 day delivery orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Some heavy or bulky merchnadise may not qualify for this service.
